1. Definitions

• Platform: www.expotal.com and all related applications, services, and tools.
• User: Any person or business accessing or using Expotal.
• Supplier/Seller: An MSME, manufacturer, or business listing products on Expotal.
• Buyer: An importer, distributor, or business seeking suppliers through Expotal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract. Businesses must be legally registered entities. By using Expotal, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Nature of Service

Expotal is a verified B2B export facilitation platform that connects buyers and suppliers. We act as a digital intermediary enabling trade discovery, communication, and credibility scoring. Expotal does not manufacture, sell, or purchase goods directly.

4. User Account

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Expotal may suspend or terminate accounts providing false information or misusing the platform.

5. Verification and Credibility

All buyers and suppliers undergo digital and/or in-person verification. However, Expotal does not guarantee authenticity, financial strength, or performance. Users must conduct their own due diligence before finalizing transactions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscription plans are available for suppliers, and optional premium plans for buyers.
• All fees are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under a specific refund clause.
• Expotal may revise prices or features with prior notice on the website.

7. Money-Back or Extension Policy

Expotal may provide money-back or subscription extension guarantees for certain plans, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria specified in the plan description.

8. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal information.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse Expotal systems.
• Use Expotal for fraudulent trade, spam, or misleading representation.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

9. Content Ownership

All content, data, design, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on Expotal are owned by Expotal Cross-Border Services Pvt Ltd. Users retain ownership of their uploaded product details but grant Expotal a license to use such content for promotion or display purposes.

10. Third-Party Links

Expotal may contain links to external sites, logistics partners, or payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Expotal is not responsible for their policies, performance, or any loss resulting from their use.

11. Limitation of Liability

Expotal provides its services on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding data accuracy, buyer response, or trade conversion. Expotal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of platform usage.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expotal, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

Expotal may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not waive any payment obligations due.

14. Privacy and Cookies

Use of Expotal is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By continuing to use the site, you consent to the data collection practices outlined in those documents.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
