• If less than 50% of the committed verified leads have been shared with you during your subscription period, you are eligible for either:
  • Extension of your subscription period until the committed lead count is completed, or
  • A refund (partial or full) as per internal assessment and case review.
• If 50% or more of the committed leads have already been delivered, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable.
• However, in such cases, Expotal will extend your plan duration free of cost until all committed verified leads are completed.
